Mill duty Master Controllers type MSK �1000, MSK �1500, MSK �1600, MCK �2000, MSK �2510 & MSK �2600 are designed to withstand the rough service encountered on applications in the steel mills, such as crane, coal, and ore bridges, blooming and rolling mill auxiliaries, etc., where either floor or desk mounting is required. Controllers are exceptionally light in weight, smooth in operation with consequent reduction in operational failure.

The driving shaft is mounted on self lubricating bushes.
No. of contacts from 2 to 24 in single Master Controllers & up to 32 ( 16+16) in dual Controllers.
Double break contact with high quality silver cadmium contact tips having anti welding and arc retarding properties can withstand up to 50 Amps. At 500 V AC.
Cams and contact block are sturdy made of high grade Phenolic fibrous / melamine materials�
Star wheel for positive notching at each step pronounced notching at neutral.
Permissible switching �800 operations per hour.
Mounting: Wall or surface mounting.
Protection Degree - IP-44 / IP-54 of IS-13947 (Part-1) 1993 and Conforming to relevant IPPS�

Each master controller is tested at 2 KV for 1 minute.
Impulse Test a 3 KV.
